Computers, printers, and copiers
UIndy IT works with departments to purchase, setup, and maintain vetted and approved computers, printers or copiers for departmental use. UIndy IT also maintains an inventory of hand-me-down computers that can be requested for departmental use.
Peripherals (e.g. monitors, port replicators, keyboards)
UIndy IT has worked with vendors to provide vetted lists of peripherals that are compatible with its computers and systems. Individuals who are interested in ordering peripherals (e.g. port replicators, monitors) must have departmental budget approval. Orders and purchases for these items can be made by departments using departmental funds and/or with the assistance of UIndy IT. Other peripherals may be purchased on your own include: keyboards, mice, remote clickers, or laptop chargers (please use the appropriate Lenovo or Apple chargers for University-owned computers).
