A short description to explain the nature of a ticket.

Select the network your issue is occuring on

Select the date and time your issue occurred with the network

Enter your Mac Address (ie. 12 digit hex number formated like 00:11:22:aa:bb:cc). To find you mac address, use the directions below:

- Windows: Open Command Prompt, type ipconfig /all, and look for the "Physical Address" under your active connection.

- macOS: Go to System Settings (or Preferences) > Network > Details (or Advanced) > Hardware to view your MAC address.

- iOS / iPadOS: Go to Settings > General > About and check the "Wi-Fi Address".

- Android: Navigate to Settings > About Phone > Status and look for the "Wi-Fi MAC address".
