Barnes & Noble College Digital Textbook Support for Brightspace (LMS)

Textbooks are included in tuition for undergraduate students through a partnership with Barnes & Noble College.

Students

The bookstore will provide each undergraduate student with a convenient package of their included printed materials. Their digitally delivered materials will be accessed directly in Brightspace. 

If your digital materials do not appear in your Brightspace course, please do the following:

  1. Confirm the digital items included in your order and go to customercare.bncollege.com if something is missing.
  2. Check with your instructor. Sometimes they just need to make the course materials tool visible.
  3. Submit a request for assistance if you still don't have access.

 

Faculty

Instructors who have adopted digital materials must set up the Course Materials : BNC Course Materials Tool in each course section for students to have access. Use the troubleshooting guide if needed. Remember to set the page the tool is on to visible so your students can see it.

⚠️ Attention Undergraduate Course InstructorsPublisher included digital materials (Bookstore adoptions) can only be accessed via Brightspace.
