The Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service allows current students, faculty, and staff to borrow research materials from a global network of partnering libraries. If our library does not own a specific book, journal, article, or media item, we will make every effort to secure it for you from another institution.
Service parameters and delivery expectations
-
Digital Articles & Book Chapters: Typically delivered electronically via email within 2 to 5 business days.
-
Physical Books & Media: Usually arrive at the library for pickup within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the location of the lending library.
-
Loan Periods: Loan durations and renewal eligibility are determined strictly by the lending institution, not our library.
Submission Guidelines
Before submitting an ILL request, please check the library’s online catalog to ensure the item is not already available locally. To expedite processing, provide accurate and complete citation details (such as ISBN, ISSN, author, title, and publication year) in the request form. An Interlibrary loan request may be initiated directly from the library catalog. This method will automatically fill in the details into the request form.
