University Events staff may use this service to coordinate the physical setup and arrangement of furniture, signage, and equipment for scheduled events within our facilities. Our Facilities team works in tandem with University Events staff to ensure spaces are configured safely and accurately.
All
faculty, staff, and students should submit their event requests and set-ups through
Astra for University Events to manage.
