To ensure business continuity, this service orchestrates the entire deployment lifecycle: pulling updates into a sandbox environment, coordinating functional user testing across departments (HR, Financial Aid, Registrar, Finance), and scheduling the final migration to production during designated maintenance windows to minimize disruption to campus operations.
