Beyond routine troubleshooting, this service acts as the gateway for advanced administrative and instructional modifications. Instructors and course builders will be able to request specialized updates, including:
- LMS Site Requests: Request a site in Brightspace that is not tied to official, for-credit, courses.
- LMS Role Changes: Request a Brightspace role change for a Department Head or a Student with an Incomplete.
- LMS External Learning Tool Updates: Request that a new External Learning Tool be made available for use in Brightspace.
- LMS Advanced Use Updates: Request new or updates to Grade Schemes, Learning Outcomes, or course merges.
