Use this service to request an administrative and security evaluation for any third-party software application, browser extension, or Google Workspace add-on that requires access to your university Google data (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
To protect institutional data and comply with privacy regulations, third-party integrations are blocked by default until they undergo an IT security vetting process.
What the Review Covers:

Before You Submit:

Gather the Technical Link: You will need to provide the direct URL to the app marketplace listing (Google Workspace Marketplace, Chrome Web Store, etc.).

Review the App's Privacy Policy: If available, having the link to the vendor's data-handling policy will speed up the approval process.

Allow Time for Review: Standard evaluations typically take 3 to 5 business days, as they may require administrative testing and security sign-offs.
