Service features

Hold for Pickup: Items will be pulled and placed on the hold shelf at the main Circulation Desk. You will receive an email notification when they are ready.

Intra-Campus Routing: If your institution has multiple campus locations, you can request that the item be transferred to your preferred campus library destination.

Missing/Trace Requests: If the catalog states an item is available but it cannot be located on the shelf, use this form to initiate a formal search by library staff.
Processing timeline
Requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Items not picked up within 7 to 10 days of notification will be returned to the general collection.
