Use this service to request an extension on the loan period for physical items currently checked out to your library account. While many items can be renewed online through your library account portal, this form allows you to request assistance with manual renewals or special extensions.
Important renewal policies

Eligibility: Renewals are granted subject to item type, user status, and the absence of holds or recalls by other patrons.

Account Status: Materials cannot be renewed if your library account has been blocked due to excessive fines or severely overdue items.

Interlibrary Loans (ILL): Please note that items borrowed from other institutions via ILL are subject to different regulations and must be requested separately.
Submission details
Please provide your library card or institutional ID number, along with the titles or barcodes of the specific items you wish to renew. You will receive a confirmation email indicating your new due dates or outlining any restrictions preventing the renewal.
