Brightspace (LMS) Site Request

Request a site in Brightspace that is not tied to official, for-credit, courses.

This includes:

  • Parent Sites : To house uniform subject content and course structure for a specific course (ENGL-101) with the intent to insert (copy) that content into every course section (e.g. ENGL-101-01, ENGL-101-02 etc) each term.
  • ​​​​​Collaboration Sites : To house content for a specific group of people (i.e. cohorts) who need to retain access to the content outside term or course structures.
  • Non-Credit Courses : For non-credit courses or training with enrollment managed outside Banner (ERP/SIS).  Sites must be requested with consultation by the Sease Institute.
  • Promotion & Tenure Sites :  To house faculty dossier materials required for official mid-tenure, tenure, and/or promotion review processes.
