If a print release station is out of paper or ink, use this service to request supplies.

Employees

Printer supplies (toner and maintenance kits) are provided for networked devices through maintenance contracts the University has negotiated with designated vendors.  Toner for HP printers is automatically sent to the department when the toner drops below 20%.  Toner for the Canon MFPs may be obtained by calling the toll-free number on the label on the front of the device.  

Toner for USB-connected printers must be purchased by the department. 

All used toners, regardless of type, can be placed in the marked bin outside of the north-end door of UIndy IT in Schwitzer Student Center, room 050.
