Printing Support

UIndy IT services and maintains all lab printers and print release stations on campus and troubleshoots issues with mobile printing services.  

UIndy IT also services all University-purchased printers and multi-function printers (MFP) located in departments. This includes troubleshooting hardware issues, diagnosing connection issues between university-issued faculty and staff computers and the devices, and installing printer drivers on approved computers. Departments are required to provide paper.  MFPs and printers have maintenance contracts which cover service, maintenance, and toner for all networked devices.
